Chemistry:  How it works

New Enrollment Process For Ghana

GHANA BUSINESS BUILDING PROCESS EFFECTIVE AS OF MONDAY, APRIL 2, 2012

We are so excited about the growth we are seeing in the Ghana market, but with growth has come some challenges.

Please keep in mind we are still in a pre-launch phase in Ghana. This means you may need to jump through a few additional hoops, and you may experience some delay in product fulfillment. But you have our word as a company that we will service our distributors always in the best possible way.

With this in mind, we are implementing a new process that MUST be followed by all distributors building their business in Ghana.

This process will dramatically help us to keep the growth flowing smoothly for the next several weeks until our local office facility is open and functioning.

Once our local office is online, we will adjust this process accordingly and things will be much simpler for all involved.

If you have someone that would like to enroll in Ghana, they MUST follow these STEPS:

Step 1: Fill out the online application form and use a credit card as payment.

Please Note: This online form can be found on any MySyntek website by clicking “Ghana,” then “Enrollment.”

The credit card must have a Ghana address to prevent fraud

Step 2: Once the enrollment is submitted, you will receive an order confirmation screen as well as an order confirmation email. Print this off.

Step 3: 1-2 business days later, the order will be available for pick-up as long as we have sufficient inventory.

 - You will go to # 35 Royaltz Castle Road, Kokomlemle, Accra Ghana to pick up your order.

 - You may also call Michelle or Nancy at # 0244721480 or # 0266188120 to confirm inventory prior to arrival.

- You must have your confirmation email in hand to pick up your order.

Step 4: When you arrive to pick up your order, Nancy or Michelle will check the order confirmation email against the order database and you will receive your starter kit!

Please Note: From the time you submit online, it takes 1 Business Day for your order to hit the database for pick up.

If you try to pick it up sooner, you will not be allowed to retrieve your Starter Kit.

If they do NOT have a credit card, they need to complete the following process to enroll:

Step 1: Fill out the Ghana Distributor paper application

Please Note: You must select a package on the enrollment form. Each package will identify an exact price that must be deposited. All taxes, fees, etc. are included.

Step 2: Go to a Guaranteed Trust Bank - Deposit Money for selected starter package

- Make sure to get a receipt of deposit to show to pick up your order.

Step 3: Take your completed application form AND your receipt of deposit to:

- Michelle will submit your enrollment, create your distributor account, submit your receipt of payment and give you your starter kit as long as we have inventory.

- If we do not have inventory, you will be given a day to pick up your kit. OR, you can SCAN your enrollment form and receipt of deposit and send to michelle@syntekglobal.com.
